Final Sale Policy
All sales made on lavs.ch are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if an incorrect item was received (a different model than the one ordered). In such cases, the error must be reported via email or Instagram DM within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the event of an incorrect model, the garment must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Shipping & Resolution
If the error is verified as ours, lavs.ch will cover all shipping costs for the return and the correct item's delivery.
