Terms and Conditions of Sale

LAVS.CH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products via the lavs.ch website. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these clauses.


Contract Conclusion and Payment

The sales contract is considered concluded only when lavs.ch sends the order shipment confirmation. All prices are expressed in the indicated currency, and payment must be made at the time of the order through the provided secure methods.


Delivery and Responsibility

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer; lavs.ch is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the user.


Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable regulations, all sales are final: there is no right of return for changes of mind or errors in size selection. The only exception to the return prohibition concerns the delivery of a model different from the one ordered, provided it is reported within 48 hours of receipt.


Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and images on the official channels are the property of lavs.ch, and their reproduction is prohibited.


Data Protection and Legal Jurisdiction

Customer data will be processed exclusively for order fulfillment and in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The contract is governed by Swiss law, and the court of jurisdiction for any dispute shall be the location where the brand is based.


Color Accuracy and Product Representation

We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or mobile device settings and the photographic lighting used during the shoot. Therefore, lavs.ch cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be an exact match of the real product. Minor color variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return.


Customer Information Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete contact information (email, phone number, and shipping address) at checkout. lavs.ch is not responsible for failed deliveries, missed shipping updates, or inability to coordinate delivery due to incorrect contact details provided by the user. Any additional shipping costs, return fees, or storage charges incurred due to incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In such cases, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.


Order Cancellation and Modification

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Due to our fast fulfillment process, we begin preparing your order immediately to ensure the quickest delivery possible. Please review your cart, shipping address, and contact information carefully before completing your purchase. If you have made a critical error in your shipping details, contact us immediately via email or Instagram DM, though we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in our system.
