Import Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. lavs.ch is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer as the importer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

lavs.ch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information confirms that the order has been "Delivered" to the address provided by the customer. Once the carrier completes the delivery, the responsibility for the safety of the package shifts to the recipient.

Delivery Recommendations and Claims

We recommend providing a secure delivery address or using a service that offers secure pickup. In the event of a missing package marked as delivered, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
